
I’ve always wanted to prepare a dish with polenta. I finally purchased some brainstorming on my first dish with lamb. Well, I had a bag of shrimp in the freezer and voila. We have a spin on Shrimp & Grits instead with Polenta Cakes. The shrimp is made with Cajun seasoning (Slap Yo Mama and others), onions, bell peppers, shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, bacon mmm…, half & half, tomato paste, and Parmesan cheese. It may have more ish… 🤷🏽♀️


The main course was accompanied by Spinach w/Golden Raisins, Shitake Mushrooms, Onions, etc. – One of my signature dishes, which I love for its sweet and savory spin.

And, my sip of choice is a Bourbon Spiced Pear Brunch Punch.
